我想到一個很奇怪的問題
TLC旅遊生活頻道每週六晚上會播出《完全改造減重篇》
當中教練Chris Powell要幫助各種超過150kg,有的還超過200kg的OBS患者減重
目標是一年後減掉原始體重的一半,也就是至少75kg
節目中也有營養師在協助飲食規劃
但他們對減重者的要求都是每天吃到1500卡即可
運動菜單那些就不提了
也姑且不提有些有食物成癮等等的問題
如果以他們當時的體重,絕對是不只的
但為什麼還是瘦得很健康?(除了贅皮需要醫美手術之外)
原理是什麼?

我推測是沒有,不然有一個有厭食症的應該早就出手了。
而且中間練到傷神經傷膝蓋的一堆,如果有在顧應該不會這樣。

我記得他好像是靠划步機、划船機和拳擊沙包苦練瘦超多的,可能沒重訓到

我的意思是,為什麼他們低於基代卻還是瘦得健康?不是快慢問題喔。
剛查了一下,Chris Powell主張
Simply put, if you eat more than your daily BMR, your body stores those extra
calories as fat and you gain weight. If you stay below your BMR, you create a
calorie deficit and you lose weight.
One caution: women should never eat less than 1,200 calories a day, and men
should never go below 1,500. Consuming too few calories sends our bodies into
a protective starvation mode and slows down our metabolisms. And a slow
metabolism doesn’t burn calories as fast and can cause other problems as
well.
1. 吃得比BMR低就會瘦,反之則胖
2. 不論體重男生最少吃到1500即可,女生吃到1200即可
而且他有提到低於這個數字的危險性,表示他明瞭這個後果
不過我不是在說節食是好事,只是提出其他不同看法,讓大家討論喔。

你可以仔細看前面Bootcamp的規劃,通常在營養師那段
菜單幾乎都是:一天1500/cal.,2-4 hrs workout, 6 days per week
