[問題] 拉單槓
想請問一下
如果只單靠拉單槓來練手臂上二頭肌三頭肌的形狀
這樣可行嗎?
還是說拉到最後太多下沒用
必須一定要借助重訓器具加重量練習@@?
要怎麼判斷練到幾下大概才是開始變成在練肌耐力呢~
