但很多女孩去健身房都只用有氧器材不敢用重量器材
或許可以買個壺鈴在家用
個人認為壺鈴是在家訓練最好的重量訓練器材
買幾顆壺鈴,練個不到半小時就非常足夠了
既能減脂,也能增肌,一舉兩得
