這邊提到 地瓜 獄飯團之類的
在我大約健身2個多月時
每次健身完後(內容是重訓有氧各一小時)
我都會去全家買無糖豆殭 茶夜蛋兩棵(一顆全吃 一顆只吃蛋白)
地瓜 有時候會配個三明治或飯團
真的就像文中所說的 吃的是拿去修補身體
有時候沒吃反而會覺得更累...
這邊順便問一下
有人建議可以喝高蛋白粉
是要健身前喝還是健身後喝??
可否健身前喝高蛋白 健身完吃上述的食物??
