問ChatGPT說一天要吃120g以上蛋白質
才能避免肌肉流失
不靠高蛋白棒根本沒辦法達成
早餐十點兩顆水煮蛋
100g希臘優格
250ml低脂鮮奶
1根香蕉
算起來差不多30g蛋白質
晚餐下午五點半碗飯跟家常菜
可能搞不好20g都吃不到算20g好了
兩餐加起來50g
這樣要吃四根20g高蛋白棒
才能夠達標
