[討論] 沙拉是好的蔬菜攝取來源嗎?
因為碳水 蛋白 脂肪都有自己準備好的來源了
唯獨蔬菜部份很難自己準備 考慮採買 新鮮度 控制份量
一個人吃而已份量太少 準備起來太花時間
想知道蔬菜部份如果都靠便利商店沙拉解決 並且吃到建議攝取量(300g)
控制好醬料 長期這樣是可行的嗎? 會不會欠缺什麽營養?
還是去自助餐店只包菜回來 可能要冷藏 一天的份量
但感覺比較油而且通常也是那些便當菜 可能會吃隔夜
買健康餐盒但感覺裡面的蔬菜也不算很多 要買很多份
而且碳水和肉類那些我都有了 換成用買的反而更貴
我只是要蔬菜
先不考慮預算的話 哪個是比較健康的蔬菜選擇呢?
