[閒聊] 減少蛋白質攝取量

很多直銷商大肆吹噓要增加蛋白質攝取量,但是人體真的需要那麼多蛋白質嗎?(又不是
要變成巨石強森)尤其是減重中的,超過20歲運動量少的人,我也曾吃過蛋白粉等健康食
品,吃了一~二個月就身體超不舒服的,甚至出現胃潰瘍。
最近我跟著網路某中醫師的專欄,精算並降低每日蛋白質的攝取量,或是改以米飯+豆類
這樣的混合搭配,體重果然下降了一~二公斤。
很多疾病也是需要降低蛋白質的攝取。
如果搭配每日喝熱茶+運動應該能快速消脂吧!(但是大熱天這堅持超難的)
