不好意思借標題問一下
小魯的閃光終於答應要運動健身(因為她體力很差)
原本想說就做plank訓練核心加慢跑就好
結果遇到了完全沒想過的問題
就是 plank連撐一秒都沒辦法…
本想說試試用膝蓋結果也是完全撐不住…
於是唯一想到的方法就是抬腿
想請問各版友有沒有替代方案 感激不盡 orz
