看到壓力大的這個部分可能是造成肥胖的原因之一.
壓力會讓身體分泌皮脂醇(學名如果記錯請包含).
這個分泌物是會讓人更容易儲存脂肪的主因之一.
也就是大家有聽過的荷爾蒙失調造成的肥胖.
所以工作壓力大或是生活壓力大都是容易胖肥的原因之一.
關於吃.選擇中低升糖食物.像糙米飯.喬麥麵.每天男性要5分一百克的蔬菜.4分100克的水
果;女性要4份100克的蔬菜.3份一百克的水果.(蔬果579和彩虹原則)
另外剛開始進行多膳食纖維的飲食調整時,有可能有些人會有便秘的問題.
而且進行膳食纖維多的飲食時.身體自然會少量多餐或多量多餐.
多吃白肉.雞胸肉.魚肉或其他海鮮.
永遠先吃菜再吃其他的東西.
加工過的食物都屬於高升糖的食物.像水餃.鍋貼.蛋餃之類的.
關於運動的方式.
建議要多做不同類型的運動.
不要只單一選擇一種運動.
可以去看看康健雜誌的報導(如果不相信教練,也應該相信有公信力的書報)
瑜伽和游泳對於減重的效果真的不多.
體適能是身體面對外在刺激的適應性能力.
所以跑步.騎腳踏車.提重物做阻力訓練.打球.爬山爬樓梯.都是不同的刺激.
也會讓身體得到好的改變.
同時也可以增加身體對抗壓力的能力.
