2、撇開你聽說的酸鹼體質和素食分類(2.1)不談,葷素飲食習慣之於運動表現
的營養配比建議均為高碳水化合物+高蛋白質+低脂。而飲食營養攝取來源
對於運動表現的影響,素食飲食習慣者長期下來易因食材來源缺乏的微量礦
物質(如鐵、鋅)及必須胺基酸也可由其它天然食材(1)及相關的膳食補充
劑加減補足。若單就肌耐力而言,重點應在於運動前中後的肌肉糖原修補的
營養補充(2.2)。
至於素食者的運動表現是否優於葷食者,目前是沒看到相關研究可玆證明之
間的正向關聯啦!

葷食-高脂牛肉、香腸、臘肉、培根、雞鴨鵝的皮、油炸的肉類...等。
