我不是專家,不過你不把食譜列出來,大家也不知道你到底
吃了些什麼,所以沒辦法跟你說是不是該多吃些蛋跟肉。

這是錯誤觀念,大部分膽固醇是在肝臟內製造。

所以人一天可以吃幾顆蛋,其實很有爭議,因為既然大部分是人體
可以合成,那麼如果多吃一點,那麼人體會合成少一點,所以總量
還是可以控制。(以上不是我的觀點,是之前讀到的)

膽固醇分兩種, HDL 跟 LDL , HDL 是好的, LDL 是不好的。
所以降膽固醇這觀念不是很正確,比較正確是提高 HDL ,降低 LDL
然後讓總膽固醇跟 HDL 比例的維持在 3 或更低。
如何達成在第一個連結有,並不是少吃,而是改變飲食的習慣與內容,
並配合生活方式改變,例如維持運動與身材。
