[閒聊] 每週訓練次數及酸痛問題
小的我今年36歲了,說真的恢復力一定沒有年輕時好
開始練健身一年了,每次練完都要痛個4天左右
看到版上很多大大都是一個肌群一週練二次
照我這樣的酸痛,單一肌群一週只能排到一次
目前的課表是
一,背
二,胸
三,三角
四,三頭,二頭
五,腿
六,日休息
想請教有什麼方法可以讓酸痛的時間短一點
讓一個肌群一週可以練到二次
