減肥大概就是兩個方向
1.基礎代謝率
2.熱量
重訓可以消耗熱量,可是相對有氧運動來說比較少
主要是肌肉所帶來的基礎代謝率變高 (消耗的熱量較多)
有氧當下消耗的熱量比重訓多,再加上達到一個機制以後(心跳130,持續30min以上)
每小時也會多消耗一點卡路里(也是類似基代變高)
飲食控制的話就是屬於2
所以為什麼說減肥不要靠節食三餐要正常,只要吃的不規律或者吃很少
你的身體為了保護你,基代就會變很低,所以很多人會問
爲什麼我一天吃一餐還是瘦不下來??
回到正題來,靠重訓減肥當然是可以的,(p.s 深蹲消耗的熱量比其他動作多很多)
只是搭配有氧或者飲食控制當然是效果更好
