Re: [閒聊] 重訓不算運動? 重訓不是好運動?
我覺得光是"重訓"真的不太符合健康的身體指標
就我自己的想法有氧運動是為了保持身體健康的
當然重訓後造成的肌耐力上升也可算是一種幫助(詳細下面幾篇xz板友也有提到)
但卻沒有實質上的"增加心肺功能"
增加心肺功能及代謝我想才是所謂的對身體非常好的運動
所以我會"做運動"以及重訓 讓兩件事一起併行
因為家裡父母年紀大了也都有一些肌肉痠痛
所以我都會建議他們
做一些動作來使做某些動作時會比較輕鬆而不傷到身體
健身觀念跟家裡溝通應該是不難囉
還是建議原PO也要"多做有氧運動"及重量訓量對身體才健康
以上是個人主觀&不專業觀點XD
