[問題] 減肥中會增肌嗎?
小弟正在減肥中
因為看我弟練蠻大隻的..也想跟他一樣QQ
我是沒事的時候會舉個啞鈴
一天大概四五組(沒連續 有空就舉)二頭彎舉 側平舉 跟推舉
每天都會舉...禮拜天休息...這樣子會有一點效果嗎?
另外最近看YT看到增肌可能需要補充一些食物的蛋白質
可是我正在減肥也不能亂吃...目前就喝無糖豆漿 茶葉蛋 蛋白粉之類的..
是不是減肥跟增肌只能挑一個來做會比較好呢?
我目前97KG..目標大概80...在想能不能瘦下來肌肉也練好了XD 謝謝啦...

他很靠妖 我問他我看YT學的練法都說錯的 叫我去健工 那邊有機器 隨便練都可以變壯
因為他在國外工作 說可以開視訊教我 我去報名完第一天他就人間蒸發了
有時差跟上班忙 害我去都只能騎腳踏車.....跟跑步機...
不過看上面那篇健身房器具問題 我現在也摸會兩三樣器材了..每天去會先做個幾組..
但每次做我都在想 是要專心減肥 還是先玩器材..因為踏完車就沒力舉 舉完就不想踩...
