[減肥] 長期體重體脂無變化

原PO 28歲 176/72.5 體脂24% (OSERIO自測)
2年前是78Kg 過一年多後 (戒掉手搖飲料和消夜) 就降到72左右了
最近這一年裡體重就差不多72上上下下都不太會變動
曾經有一次單月跑120K 那個月後才瘦到70.5
後來又維持正常我的運動作息 又回到72Kg了 體脂也是差不多24%微幅跳動著
飲食方面我不太會算那些熱量 基本上飲食不特別控制 但也沒吃特別多
就跟一般人正常2餐量 便當 麵之類的
早餐偶爾吃 (除正餐外很少再買其它東西吃)
運動1周4天 平常日可能是跑5K 27分鐘(也可以跑到25分鐘 但是超喘)左右
周末才1跑10K 57分鐘
重訓1周2天 不是很專業 用用健身房器材 操到肌肉會酸 每次大概1小時
1年前體檢說有中度脂肪肝 雖然我平常有運動 但體脂都沒啥變 代表我的
脂肪肝也沒有改善? = =
結論 : 想要更瘦 該怎麼做? (更操一點的運動量?)

也沒什麼菜單 午晚餐都跟同事一起吃 就一般想的到的都有可能吃
炒飯 炒麵 便當 麵類 雞肉飯 廣東粥 八方雲集 義大利麵 水餃 等等等 就吃2餐正餐
