借標題表達一個觀念 無論飲食也好 運動也好 想要讓身體保持
在一個健康的範圍 就必須懂得不要過量
如果你今天沒有給自己定什麼目標只求身體健康 無病無痛就好
那均衡的飲食跟適度的運動當然有助於身體機能
舉例來說 吃大餐跟節食同樣事會對身體造成傷害
運動方面 每天30分鐘的有氧 肯定會比一星期運動一天然後三個小時來的好
但如果你今天是要以當運動員為目標 需要大量的飲食與運動量
那你就得去承擔這背後帶來的風險 任何事情凡是過量多少多會給人體帶來負擔
而過量與否就是可由儀器的測量作為輔助(e.g. 基代)
運動是一個促進身體機能的一種方法 要怎麼去利用 就完全是看自己的需求與目標罷了
