Re: [問題] 關於組數與重量

不好意思再佔個版面請教大家一下我先前的問題
我目前練的方式還滿土砲的, 兩組輕重量之後, 第一組上來就直接6RM到力竭
然後第二組降重量約2.5至5磅, 休息一分鐘, 再做6到8RM(看當天狀況)力竭
如此反覆到5至6組.
增重的方式也是自己想的土砲方法.
假設我目前啞鈴斜上臥推是100lb 6下力竭,那我會等到我可以做8下力竭後
再加上2.5至5磅看看能不能推到6下力竭, 能得話之後就開始以如此重量當作我的第一組.
如此反覆通常一個月會進步至少約2.5磅,我的啞鈴斜上臥推已經從100進步到約150
(不過肩膀沒有辦法這樣練, 卡住很久了, 大重量不太敢做怕姿勢跑掉)
所以我一直以來也是這樣土砲的默默練著
直到幾天前看到這個2 FOR 2 RULE, 讓我感覺比較科學, 因此想多了解一下
可以請各位給我一點建議嗎? 我目前的重量要怎麼帶入22法則?
有點頭暈...
上偏推文有前輩提到這是看最後一組的重量, 剛好我都看第一組的重量XD
