[討論] 運動到快昏倒…
今天心血來潮,嘗試不同的組合方式

做完組合訓練NO.2時,其實身體有點不舒服,只是我覺得這是我意志不堅定的藉口,
所以繼續努力做,做到組合訓練NO.3完,實在受不了,磅數減輕繼續做,結果做完了,
我也差點昏倒…
一開始做完覺得還好,後來開始呼吸有點喘不過氣的感覺,真的覺得不對勁了,
趕緊撐著牆壁(腿、腰都無力了)走到樓下,一到樓下,我就整個倒下去了,把我家人
給嚇慘了,電話拿起來馬上就要叫救護車了,好險我還有意識,請家人趕緊拿水、舒跑、
巧克力給我吃,休息了十幾分鐘,雖然手腳還是會麻,但總算有活過來的感覺…
剛爬了一下文,發現這種症狀大多是血壓過低、缺氧所造成的,只是想請教,當這種
狀況發生的時候,該如何急救才是最適合的呢?當下我只想到我需要補充營養,就
想到了水、舒跑跟巧克力,也不知道吃這個對不對,只是現在還活著就是了…
總結我剛剛的症狀如下:
一、臉色發白
二、頭暈
三、喘不過氣
四、手腳發麻
五、心跳變慢
六、全身濕冷
意志不堅定不好…意志太過堅定也不好…這分寸實在好難拿捏…
