[討論] 乳清與肌肉變大
大家好
我想討論看看以下的事情
前幾天有個健身房教練說吃純乳清不能讓肌肉變大
只能維持肌肉(她說通常都是女生吃的)
男生想要讓肌肉變大要吃增重高蛋白(比較多熱量和碳水化合物)
說是要補充很多碳水化合物才能讓肌肉變大
要吃複雜的碳水化合物(e.x.馬鈴薯)
這樣才能分解之後轉換成肝醣儲存在肌肉
我不瞭解的是如果純乳清效果沒那麼好的話
為什麼在BB.com之類的地方ON的Gold Standard純乳清(whey)的評價還那麼好
增重乳清多了碳水化合物 難道我們不能用一般食物補充嗎?
白飯是簡單的碳水化合物嗎~?
肝醣和肌肉變大塊是什麼關係呢?! 變大塊不是應該是指肌肉纖維變粗嗎!?
