我在回文中有說了,我臥推是做機械式的,最重可以舉到220磅6下
或許我的姿勢是不標準的吧,這個我也不能很確定
不過100kg的臥推應該不需要選手吧?手臂也不用我的兩倍粗吧?
我的健身房就有一個史密斯臥推可以推超過100kg的(槓片重量準不準
我不確定,不過我不會連磅和公斤都搞不清楚的)
體重也差不多80kg左右,而且是快五十歲的人
手臂也沒比我粗多少啊(上次幫他們量,14.5吋,這樣算比我粗兩倍嗎?)
但是他最重可以做到140kgw一下,金字塔做完後可以down到50kgw做50下
(我猜一定又有人不相信,不過這是我親眼看到的,在土城桑富士
,不過後來倒了,我也快三年沒在那兒出沒了)
我壓腿也是用機械式的,最重可以390磅12下
至於姿勢標不標準我就不確定,因為我是看別人怎麼做我就跟著做
就是會盡量放到最底,然後再推出去
我在還沒接觸健身之前,身高是178,體重是63,體脂卻是18~21%
那時的手臂大約12吋,胸圍84cm,腰圍25吋,那時臥推是真的40kg舉不起來
現在的體重是75kg,體脂14%,手臂14吋,胸圍102cm,腰圍31吋
我覺得我是真的算很努力在健身,而且也看了一些這方面的書
實在沒必要去捏造我舉的數據,因為我也知道重量只是表象
只是好像大家都覺得我唬爛,在此再次說明一下嘍~
