[問題] 練出來的肌肉,是不是很難防止流失?
一位身材結實、基礎代謝率高的人,
當正妹吃大餐吃的心著驚的時候,他卻可以爽快開心的吃,
因為吃的多,是必須要吃到基代率以上的熱量,所以可以名正言順的給他吃啊吃!
平平都是人,有人吃多一點就變脂肪存起來,有的人吃很多也不會怕,
練重訓可以提高基代率這點,對熱愛美食的俺來說真的很誘惑 ~
但是據我所知,
肌肉的流失並不是有吃到基代率以上,就會一直存在,
例如六塊肌,要維持的話,似乎除了持續的重訓外,別無它法,
因為日常的活動量無法維持,所以可能很容易又現出原形了 ~
在下喜歡的身材比較冷門一點,
我喜歡游泳選手的肌肉,
有一點型,但不粗大,線條不會很深,但是優美勻稱,
所以我會想要練成的體態,
我認為,這樣的體態比起線條清楚、大塊的肌肉體型來說,
相對是比較容易達成的(有錯請指正)
持續的有氧,應該不會比累到渾身酸痛快垮掉的重訓,還要輕鬆吧,
我身高181,體重68,體脂約19,臉看起來總是有點肥,料想是脂肪厚,
我想要用有氧運動讓自己體脂下降到15左右,
但是重訓提高基代率,又可以增加減脂的效率跟縮短減脂的時間,
所以我想要一天重訓,一天有氧交錯的做,
但是我怕練出來的肌肉,因為目標達到而停止鍛練而「散」掉,
然後基代率下降,飲食還是下降前的量,反而變肥,
因為在下沒錢去健身房,都是用一些器材來土法鍊鋼,
所以一旦目標達到(基代率上升的多),我沒有興趣再持續下去XD
我喜歡有氧,所以我比較傾向用有氧運動來保養身體,
所以我想問大家,我是要單靠有氧來減脂,
還是有氧/重訓,兩樣一起來,
我該怎麼做呢?

我想問的是,如果肌肉上升到一定條件,而停止重訓,平常只做有氧,爬山、打球那些,
沒練重訓,是不是肌肉會不見呢,
還是一般來說,
除非真的很壯很有漢草,不然一般有點肌肉的體型,日常生活就能維持了嗎? 謝謝
