[問題] 每天做重量...好像越來越沒力...

學校有的健身器材
我因為現在有空
所以每天都做.......
可是怎麼覺得力量越來越出不來= =
朋友說要休息......
可是一天不動就覺得怪怪的.....
我大概是...跑步20~30分
大腿用推的做4組..12下...210KG
深蹲120KG..4組..8~12下...深蹲小腿150KG...3組...10下
再做一些手臂的動作....重點是我發現我越跳越矮....
現在快要連框都摸不到= =
我是為了要灌籃才做重量(當然也是要減肥加健美)..
怎麼會越跳越矮= =
跟我一起去的朋友他沒辦法做後我一樣的重量....
但卻可以灌籃...WHY....
對了~我188...91....他190...80...
難道真的是體重嘛??
我要怎麼練比較好??還有我體脂有27....= =
