[問題] 嘗試「慢慢跑」後,小腿很痠...

肥宅小弟我
身高178cm,體重85kg
體脂肪:25.0%
內臟脂肪:10
是屬於肚子很大、小腿很粗的類型QQ
當意識到應該要減肥的時候
有去嘗試過慢跑
但跑不到1公里就覺得小腿超痠QQ
而且本身也不喜歡慢跑
爬文看很多分享減肥的板友
其中不乏一些跟我一樣一開始很討厭慢跑
但跑到後來慢慢跑出興趣的鄉民
而我之前曾經嘗試過一個月內
只要沒下雨的那天都會去慢跑
但跑了很久......還是不喜歡跑步啊QQ
甚至覺得跑步很累很無聊~"~
重點是跑沒幾百公尺小腿就超痠
後來又到本板爬文
發現有一篇分享了「慢慢跑」影片

這影片標榜可以讓不喜歡跑步的人
也可以慢慢愛上跑步
於是我照著影片教的姿勢嘗試慢慢跑
其中有一個要注意的姿勢是:
腳尖墊起來,腳步抬起來再放下去,放下去時往地面壓,不要往後踢
我在嘗試慢慢跑時
也是照這樣的姿勢跑
結果才跑幾百公尺
小腿一樣超痠.......
影片中提到慢慢跑跟一般跑步的差異是
慢慢跑不會用到大腿中的某種肌肉
所以跑再久都不會覺得大腿痠痛
但....我的情況是小腿超痠的啊......Orz
請問我的跑步姿勢哪裡出問題嗎?
如果連慢慢跑都無法適應的話
那我是否天生就不適合跑步呢?囧

但居住的地方沒有朋友可以一起打QQ

我之前也嘗試過游泳、有氧舞蹈、騎自行車.....etc
但游泳太傷荷包
有氧舞蹈跳幾次覺得很無聊
自行車則是附近沒有河濱公園之類的場地
每次騎在大馬路上都覺得很危險......
