我也不是專家
但我記得當年成功嶺預官新訓兩個月完
平均男孩兒們(一半是博士班念完27~31的大叔)
都減了少則3~5公斤,多則10+公斤
那兩個月不外乎就是大量流汗的3000公尺、野戰?單兵基本教練
操完進餐廳也都大口吃飯吃肉吃菜
(菜色難吃就是另一件事了)
所以大量的有氧絕對是減脂的好方法
當然您現在不在當兵,若能固定跑步外加重量訓練提升肌肉量增加代謝
絕對事半功倍
但想要有效果
前提還是要"大量"或強度高
一點淺見還請其他前輩指正
