重訓一小時的菜單應該要貼詳細一點,根據我自己的經驗,一小時重訓要有效果,
你要能馬上進入「猛烈」等級,如果你之前都沒運動習慣,那這一小時的重訓,
能帶給你「增肌」的效果不大,一般人想要在「初階」能增肌,無法做太重,
手臂大約4~6公斤,腿部20~30公斤,大腿蹲50~80公斤,腹部、背部、胸部,
這些林林總總做起來至少也要2小時~3小時,簡單講,一小時的重訓要能有效果,
除非你都蹲在那邊不休息,全身肌肉都處於收縮的狀態一小時,
我是對你一三五重訓內容持疑。
有氧的部份,你要做到大量減脂肪,我個人的經驗,一小時也不夠,
至少1.5~2小時,每天做中強度有氧,減脂肪的效果才會好。
但我建議你還是把重訓的菜單弄好,還有實際鍛鍊的時候要做確實,
對男生來說,增肌是很好的減肥幫手,初期增肌,後期有氧,效率很高,
肌肉量增加之後可以做高阻力有氧機器,像是腳踏車調很重,或是滑步機調很重。
另外時間才開始一個多月,健身的進行最好是以半年為週期來看,
身體的調整也需要時間。
