[討論] 請問如何把基代增加

是這樣的,小女子可能算天生體力比較好……
以前曾經減肥所以跑去健身房
當然裡面除了健身器材外,還有一堆課程
有氧舞蹈,有氧拳擊等等……但
最後我卻愛上了跑步,愛一邊看電視一邊跑
每次上去就不知不覺跑二個小時
之後一次車禍休息就沒在跑了,結果……
最近我又突然想跑了,想說幾年沒跑了
應該會退步很多,就這樣一下又跑二個小時
想說不行這樣對身體不好,所以很控制時間
我大概跑了一個月,天天跑除了生理期不跑
吃的更是正常的,有時家裡煮的有時便當
什麼我都吃,蛋糕麵包什麼想到的也會吃
可是可能運動量比較大,所以瘦了二公斤
體脂掉1%,但我的基代從本來的134휊
掉到了128蛂A有點難過,因為我現在的目標
就是想提升我的基代,請問是我太急了嗎?
還是哪邊該去改變的呢?
重訓的話,我是看各位板大們的說法
可以用保特瓶,還是去買啞鈴會不會比較好
其他的我真的就不知道該哪裡改善了
另外想問一下跑步,肺活量會變高嗎?
可以搭配什麼練肺活量呢?因為我想練
