[討論] 慢跑該在餐前還餐後?

由於工作關係,
下班到家通常是19:00或23:00,
然後就直接吃飯,
最近想加強運動量,
如果想加人慢跑行程,
該選在餐前還是餐後好?
另外問ㄧ下,
台北圓山捷運附近,
有推薦的“半夜”慢跑地點嗎?
晚上沒學校可以跑,
