如果每天花1小時游泳2000公尺就可以讓體脂肪率顯著降低,那應該絕少人有
體態的困擾,小哥今年三十有一,每天運動1~1.5小時,主要內容是以肌力訓練為主
,有氧訓練為輔,體脂肪率控制在3%~5%.飲食只有一個原則就是不碰沒有營養的
高熱量食物輔以適當的睡眠.當然有運動一定會健康,體態也會跟者改變,就看
執行的效果是事半功倍還是事倍功半.
