慢跑遇到瓶頸...
上週開始挑戰一週跑30km
分5天跑,一天跑6km
但跑到第5天時腳已經在哀嚎,速度也掉了很多
從37分左右掉到快45分
這週昨天跑完第一天後,今早腿肌肉恢復狀況明顯差很多
加上今早又下雨只好先休息
由於卡到重訓還有排一天練腿,這樣下來好像有點吃不消....
可是體脂停滯好一段時間了,很想加有氧的量來突破
不知道把課表改成10km/3天
讓腿有比較多的休息時會不會好一點??
