大概持續八個多月了
目前是維持著每天固定慢跑三十分鐘的習慣
剛開始跑是慢跑 但到了這一兩個月我覺得有點變成快跑了@@
是用NikeRUNNING測的 數據可能不甚精準 但應該相去不遠
30分鐘的話 平均一公里我大概都跑4分15~20 最快的一次有到四分內
想問的問題是
這樣的程度是否會反而沒有消耗脂肪而消耗到肌肉?
如果每天一樣只想花30分鐘固定運動的話有沒有其他更有效方式可以減脂?
還有跑步的時間是否有所關聯 因為現在是我正常要出去運動的時間(我要出去了)
