[問題]不到三十分鐘就很累,我應該停止或繼續?
最近在跳鄭多燕第三片...
我知道這片對很人來說強度不高
但因為我平常沒在運動
所以大概到二十四、五分時我就不行了...
但為了三三三原則
我應該要撐完三十分鐘還是停止運動?
我知道只剩沒幾分鐘影片就結束了
但是繼續做的話,姿勢變得很不標準
又,停止的話就不符合三三三原則了...
版友有什麼經驗或建議可分享嗎?

我也不太確定是心肺撐不下去還是肌肉...
我確定的是當我做到裡面某一段蹲下起立的動作時,
我都必須要用手撐大腿才站得起來...
心跳也算快,自己都可以感到胸腔裡咚咚咚的。

可是...這不太可能膝蓋不超過趾尖啊...那樣會重心不穩...
要不超過腳尖的話,只能用小S的狒狒拉屎動作才行耶...
