現在很多推動健走的人都建議不要跑步 (Walk! Don't run!)
因為跑步對膝蓋的壓力很大,它要承受大約是體重的
12倍的重量。而膝蓋上的軟骨是消耗品,年輕的時候
軟骨磨得快,還不會有什麼感覺,但到了50、60以後,
後遺症就會很明顯。
不管以上說法有沒道理,膝蓋痛時就是它在抗議被操過頭了,
不要逞強,休息就是了。
