[閒聊] 如何拒絕半加工食品的誘惑?
最近小妹也踏上了X-BIKE的行列!減重是還好,重點應該是減脂了
身高162,體脂卻有28,那應該是有拜我喜歡的食物吧
尤其是生理期愛的甜點那應該也是增脂的元兇之一
想要請問大家的是,大家都如何對抗半加工食品的誘惑
若住在家裡,更不用說了!舉凡是:香腸,貢丸,水餃
先不要說他擁有的脂肪有多高,因為是半加工食品,所以多少都有加一些
我們不曉得是什麼的東東,來傷害我們的身體,但是像這些東西
都是媽咪們很愛煮的((我媽咪就是))
香腸~好下食,又重口味,當肉較貴時它出現的機率就很高
貢丸~放幾顆下去,湯就甜甜的!尤其是新竹的阿姨帶一堆不一樣的貢丸><
水餃~很好解決一餐,想要偷懶時,煮個水餃呼弄你一下就飽了
像大家都會避免這些食物嗎?
