[問題] 心跳是否太快
目前養成跑7km的習慣,維持一周五天差不多6周,
我的原意只是要減肥不是要變長跑高手,我爬文看了一下
減肥為目的的話似乎心跳只需要130up即可?
我跑7km時是繞河堤兩圈,第一圈心跳約160,跑完第一圈
會覺得有點累,跑第二圈結束時當下會覺得蠻累的,喘的話是
可以忍受的範圍內,不會太辛苦,但心跳一量...不得了...
竟然都是28~30/每十秒這樣不就等於一分鐘快180了?
這樣的心跳是不是對身體負擔太重了?我只是要減肥不想猛操心肺@@
