[閒聊] 頭暈目眩@@
三個多禮拜前調整每日的運動內容,
每週一三五開始去健身房訓練,
內容大概是重訓1.5hr+慢跑5K/30min,
沒上健身房時則是快走4K/40min+慢跑5K/30~40min,
而我的基代是2056kcal,
所以有重訓的那幾天都會吃到2500~2600kcal,
沒重訓時則是大約攝取2200~2300kcal左右的熱量;
問題來了....
我發現我重訓的隔天似乎都會有像姿勢性低血壓的症狀,
也就是坐著突然站起來時, 會眼冒金星個一秒鐘@@
但是我也發現, 似乎重訓的當天如果有攝取3000+kcal的熱量時,
隔天就不會有這種狀況~
不知道有沒有人也是遇到這種情況呢?
該不會以後都要吃到3000大卡吧,
這樣的話, 我看也不用減肥了........
