[減肥] 運動後越來越壯?!

三餐內容
早餐:一般正常早餐(三明治/水煎包*1/起司蛋土司...之類的)
午餐:大量蔬菜/豆類/蛋類(自助餐那種)
有時候會加吃個白飯 或是 吃一碗麵
晚餐:跟午餐差不多,但比較少吃澱粉類
其他:會喝杯咖啡(含糖含奶),鮮奶茶之類 (頻率約2~3天1次)
偶爾吃個零食(量不多)
日常作息時間:每天約1點上床睡覺,早上七點多起床
生活型態:一整天坐著唸書
運動習慣:心跳數不清楚~最近有每天慢跑的習慣
每天跑操場約2200~2500公尺,外加走路半個多小時
我的問題:之前的生活作息跟現在差不多,但是之前的運動是網路上
Billy的有氧舞蹈,那時候一天約運動40~60幾分鐘,身材比較修長
體重約53公斤,體脂肪約23~24%
可是現在開始跑步覺得運動量變大了,但是體重不降反升一直上升到
56公斤,但是體脂肪降低到21.5% =_=.....每增0.5公斤就降個0.5%
食量也沒有增加...有時候還吃比較少
甚至手臂上臂還變粗變壯(明明跑步就沒運動到手= =),身材反而沒有
之前53公斤的時候修長,感覺起來好像變的...比較男性化一點?
想請教一下~是否我的運動方式,或是飲食生活習慣出了問題 >"<?
在FITNESS版看到的文章都是說,體脂肪降低比較重要
可是我體脂肪一直降低,體重一直升= =,但是身材反而變比較差...
(以前比較有曲線),我的運動習慣或是生活習慣哪邊需要改變呢?!
好想回到之前Q_Q~~~ 至少還比較有曲線....我的目標是希望身材
可以向鄭多燕那種類型阿>"<~不要變的越來越MAN...
