體脂率:之前的體脂率35%左右 現在應該低一些

三餐內容
早餐:統X黃金豆漿+義X高纖餅乾
午餐:自助餐
自助餐便當飯量+滷雞腿去皮+深綠青菜+高麗菜+隨意挑選一樣(通常還是菜)
晚餐:水煮蛋一顆+蘋果半顆+芭樂半顆+大番茄一顆(通常為青葉番茄)
其他:晚上10點吃一包高纖餅乾
日常作息時間:大約12-1點睡 7點半起床
下午不定時(看補習時間)睡約一小時午覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:之前是一個禮拜三天重訓1小時+有氧只有約30分鐘
現在預計改成三天重訓(約1.5小時) 三天有氧(1小時)
我的問題:這樣的飲食是否足夠或太多?
或是有其他需要改進的地方嗎?
