[討論] 坐姿上斜小腿訓練機

不曉得有沒有版友作過這個”坐姿上斜小腿訓練機”
這個機器每次作完3組,每組15下的訓練後
隔天小腿肚就會出現很像小腿抽筋後那樣的酸痛反應
今天小腿筋緊了一整天
我覺得我掛的重量(40lb)也不是很重啊?!
是我做完後小腿伸展不夠嗎?!看來還是多伸展看能不能舒緩
另外還想請問我用仰臥起坐椅-作平躺式仰臥起坐時
我真的很專心的控制用腹部出力
可是最近一次作的時候
起身後往下躺時下背好酸喔!!
昨天分3段作了30-10(側腹)-30共70下的仰臥起坐
回家後就覺得下背的酸痛點一直在發酸(就像雷達回波一樣散開來)
今天固定去作腰的復健時(椎間盤壓迫)
治療師說教我不要作全起的仰臥起坐,平常也儘量不要作太彎腰動作
叫我坐上半身仰45度,雙腿微抬,訓練腹部核心的動作就好
還有坐背肌的訓練!!
啊!!真是靠腰了!!
真令人失落!!很多動作老是因為腰背問題作的不好
