Re: [問題] 深蹲請教
想請教鄉親一個問題,.
大家做深蹲時一定會讓屁股下去到活動度能允許的最低點嗎?
我看影片都是說屁股能到最低點效果越好.
可是我發現如果讓屁股到最低點時會有壞習慣讓臀部失去張力
感覺重量支撐會跑到膝蓋和下背,起來的瞬間也是多少用到下背和膝蓋
就是出現代償現象這樣.
我就修正成只蹲到接近最低點在臀部張力仍穩穩維持時就起來,
改成這樣後下背感受改善最明顯,
就沒有再出現不該出現的下背酸緊現象.
我是維持這樣蹲就好,
還是說儘量多練習能讓蹲到最低點時下肢仍能維持完整張力在起來會比較理想呢?

全蹲到底我沒辦法,我腳踝後方的筋應該是天生有比較短,髖活動倒是沒啥問題
靠勤做伸展效果有限,之前那個增加深蹲活動度的影片,
照做也只是強化髖活動而已,對我的腳踝後方的肌腱幫助沒有很大,
我基本是放棄做槓鈴深蹲,我目前是在三重成吉有很棒的深蹲器材(新莊館沒有)
用器材在蹲,我深蹲主要是喜歡練腿,我好像是下半身運動比較好的類型,
下半身有關的訓練我都很樂意去嘗試這樣,但不會勉強自己 0.0
