[問題] 請問我該繼續增肌嗎
現在一週重訓6天,每2天跑步3000
每兩個月量一次體脂
8月 10月 12月
體重 77.3 77.6 76.8
體脂 26.1 22.8 22.5
吃的東西
早:兩片麵包夾蛋夾雞胸肉
午:雞腿便當
晚:魚排或雞腿便當
8點時會再吃兩片麵包夾雞胸肉
原本想說這樣吃應該會增重,沒想到體重還往下掉
看到這數字超灰心的,這兩個月好像做白工
我現在該先減脂嗎?
還是要調整飲食呢?
