我想請教的是
版上有人是用中低強度的有氧
(如慢跑、游泳、自行車之類的)
減脂遇到瓶頸後,改以HIIT或Tabata突破的嗎??
因為自己看過的例子都是一開始就是其中一派
意即一開始就是做HIIT/Tabata或是中低強度有氧
周圍朋友是有做中低強度有氧遇到瓶頸後
靠著重訓突破的例子
(強度也沒說非常高,就嘗試了健身房的槓鈴塑身課程
一週2堂課;每堂60~70分鐘)
有人願意分享經驗的話 在此先謝過~
