[問題] 有關槓鈴划船
各位大大好
小弟練背都以槓鈴划船為主
請問:
1 正手拿和反手那槓鈴訓練的地方有差嗎?
我是覺得換個握法好像又有力了
2 我的姿勢屁股往後,挺胸夾背,膝蓋微彎,抬頭看前方
這樣拿重的好像後背的地方還是會累,是正常的嗎??
練背找個單槓來拉是不是更有效率@@
