如果膝蓋或者髖關節沒有傷痛病史
還是建議多練 squat 頸前squat Lunge 保加利亞 Lunge 硬舉等等動作
最有效率,最節省時間,最燃燒熱量
強度最高

這不是天生的,是練出來的,雖然還沒到選手等級...
沒下苦工之前別開口閉口都提基因
有人問我為什麼天氣冷還流這麼多汗
也有人說認識我以前覺得我臉很臭
我沒有解釋什麼
統一的回應就是:你可以挑一天跟我一起練練看
不要老是挑一些單關節動作或者Machine
調很輕做了半天把乳酸推積當作有練到的指標
練了六年沒看過幾個女生重訓到臉很猙獰的
更別說RM了,大部分都沒做到力竭
也見過一堆來聊天來滑手機吊凱子的
交到男朋友就從此不來,開始發福
或在健身房打個卡就一堆宅宅在她fb說:這麼瘦了還要減肥~~~~
po個腿照說要重訓練出美腿就一堆宅宅說:腿已經很美了 or 你已經有一雙了
可是我在燈光下看到的都是脂肪跟橘皮阿...
