讓我在這裡簡易的回答一下吧!
答案是......假的!
以肌肉鍛鍊的有效性來說,
在安全範圍內動作幅度愈大效果愈好,
但無論是闊背肌或上背、斜方肌等部位的肌肉走向都跟頸後很無關。
頸後下拉不僅效果差...
在鍛鍊的過程中你的身體還會失去alignment,
對頸椎長期下來會造成一定程度的影響。
同樣地,頸後推舉也是極度不建議的動作。
