大家好
剛進健身房不到一個月
請益過許多已經練習許久的前輩
一直拿捏不定次數與重量的分配
請問新手應該
(1)次數少,重量多
(2)次數多,重量剛好在自己可以舉放自如的範圍
另外再請問,大、小腿可以藉由健身(或者有氧)而變的較纖細嗎?
以上兩個問題麻煩各位先進解答
