[問題] 怎麼用拳頭做伏地挺身
右手扭傷了,算是舊傷,很容易復發 (之前因為做伏地挺身的關係受傷)
後來以為好了,去做個pump後,發現手腕又怪怪的
之前版友有說可以用拳頭做,但我老是做的卡卡的,且感覺做不太下去
是因為我一手用手掌做,另一手拳頭的關係嗎@@
請問一下
1.如果是練胸的伏地挺身,拳頭是要放在比肩旁寬的地方嗎? 拳頭是正朝前??
2.用拳頭可以做練三頭的伏地挺身嗎? 拳頭是要放在與肩同寬或窄的地方嗎?
