[問題] 如何把肩膀訓練的比較不斜
因為我的肩膀脖子兩邊的肌肉有點發達,這樣導致肩膀看起來斜斜的,
我想知道可以藉由什麼訓練可以把它變的比較不斜。
這樣在穿衣服上會比較好看(比較平)。
