[問題] 有關伏地挺身加強
最近有再做伏地挺身持續快一個月了 ~
大概是早中晚各20下 ~ (大概一次20下就極限了)
想請問一下 ~ 如果想要一次能做多下一點 (ex:30.40下以上)
那是要增加每天的次數嗎 ?? (ex:每天5次每次20下 ??)
還是有其他方法呢 ??
