[心得] 斷食很極端嗎?
如果你早上7:00吃早餐,晚上7:00吃晚餐,這叫12小時斷食.....因為從晚餐後到第二天你都沒吃東西了.(當然 吃宵夜 喝珍奶那又是另外的故事)
如果你早餐不吃,把上面一天的熱量在中午12:00到20:00吃完,這就是16/8斷食....
更狠一點在12;00-16:00吃完就叫20/4斷食....
每天攝取熱量可以維持不變 只要你吃的下....
所以間歇性斷食只是聽起來可怕而已...沒想像中那麼可怕..
至於又想運動 又要斷食玩仙女餐..
這跟一天正常吃三餐 仙女餐有差嗎?
厭食跟斷食是兩回事....

先別說的那麼武斷,昨晚吃完年夜飯後,我早上跑了10K..easy run(心跳壓在139左右),
最後還用3.5分速衝了三趟200M....
然後又去走了5K敷了一顆蛋...
剛剛才結束一次16/8...跑步前我有喝一湯匙的茶油跟吞了2顆魚油,所以並沒有餓到發慌
當然 如果你認為我這樣算運動不夠切實..那又是另外一回事了

斷命?.. 我每天吃的熱量說不定比你還高 怎麼會斷命呢?....XD 只是換不同吃法而已
剛剛的午餐 是300g的五花豬肉片+一條豬尾巴+1/3個雞胸肉+半顆山東大白菜煮成一鍋湯
外加一把堅果...

同意。......我唯一的澱粉來源應該是晚餐的那一大碗糙米飯吧...午餐基本上是0澱粉...
